Karina Heegaard, CPA was born in Bogota, Colombia but grew up most of her life in Miami, Florida. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Miami and her Master’s in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida in 2014. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
Karina has over 14 year’s experience in accounting and tax in a variety of industries including but not limited to restaurant and hospitality, real estate, medical offices, and retail.
She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
